Sport Cloth Fibers

DESCRIPTION: A shorter velour fiber for sport cloth repairs. APPLICATION: Match color in sport cloth velour fibers. Apply velour base adhesive to a level just below surface. Spray a medium coat of #57 super velour adhesive (1-5% crosslinker can be added for more durability). Use preval, crown spray tool, mouth atomizer, or Wagner airless spray gun to spray adhesive. Place velour fibers in an electrostatic applicator or velour atomizer to flock over repair. Place a #TM9 teflon mat over the repair. Roll the area with a small wallpaper roller ( lays the fiber flat ). Air dry or use low heat to dry. Spray #STS soft topcoat spray over the repair for added durability and soft feel.
