Return Refund Policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our return period is 30 days from date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. In all cases, the product return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We do not send return shipping labels unless we have shipped the product in error. Those include shipping costs originally covered by Classic Dye Products Inc. via a promotion or otherwise (free shipping). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a wrong item was sent. Refunds will be given when the return is received and determined to be in resalable condition. At this time, any shipping charges and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

For special, custom mix or color match colors, returns may not be allowed. 

For exchange of merchandise we will charge shipping on the return order.

 

Tools and Equipment are warranted by the manufacturer only - usually up to 1 year (varies with each company). Send in warranty cards to the manufacturer. Classic Dye Products Inc. does not cover the warranty of the tool or equipment manufacturer.

We strive to bag and sometimes tape solutions so they do not leak during shipping. If your solution has leaked during shipping, the solution in the bottle is still good & usable. We may credit the amount of solution lost but we will not reship a full container unless the entire container is fully damaged.
